Have to get a painter in to repaint a kitchen ceiling 15ft x 15ft after a leak upstairs. Any ideas what they charge?

Is there need for the painter to do some repairs to ceiling? If there isn't then shouldn't be more than €80-100 paint included...Painter would probably have to cut into wall colour seeing as its only a ceiling you want done....Maybe a water mark might have to be sealed also....

Number of things though, painter would have to sheet out area, does he have to move furniture? Also depending on travel costs also, you might want to get one thats local for a small job like this.

Small bit of filling repair after leak. I will have room all clear for him.

Okay so assuming all furniture and breakables moved, the floor and units still have to be sheeted off, the "small bit" (it's never small in reality) of filling needs time to dry, damp sealer needs to be applied, dry, all then touched up, allowed to dry, then cut/rolled. Might only be an hour and a half's work in total but is going to take about 3-4 hrs depending on drying, so mad m's figure is about right for a half a day and a few litres of white matt.
