Hello. Ive been reading all your posts for a while now without feeling I need to register as they tend to answer my questions before I need to ask them....untill now.
I have a couple of replacement stocks coming over from the States for my Sako 75. Theyre only 95% finished and need a bit of wood fitting before everything is going to sit correctly. Can anyone recommend somone they know? Im not looking at final stock finishing just adjusting the inletting of the wood to get the action to fit properly- Im reliably informed its not that hard. FYI I live in Donegal, any ideas?
    Cheers
    Z

I'd be interested in finding out where you're getting stocks as I am after a custom stock for my CZ 527

Try John Greene in Waterford. He does/has someone who does stocks as far as I know

    Hello
There are at least a couple I've found who will export, including http://www.boydsgunstocks.com, (who still seem to be awaiting their various export permits) and then http://rifle-stocks.com/ who have everything a man and gun (without stock) could ever want ( probably). From the site it says they do 527 stocks but If not, Im sure they could point you in the right direction. There are a few others Ive contacted but they havent gotten back to me yet and have since lost my business.
    hope this helps

I was down at John Greene's place on Friday - from what I saw he'd be well worth a visit.

I agree, great to have someone who can do this type of work.
