Anyone know much about finding teaching jobs in Canada?Heading to Vancouver in a month, and the missus does Primary teaching.
I hear they don't recognise the 3 year degree as a proper degree?

Why have you left it so late to find out these things?

I agree with spurious - it is very late to get registration and things sorted.

As for work in Canada, I know many Canadians who trained in the UK, with a view to then teaching back in Canada. They have all ended up teaching in the UK for 2 reasons. Firstly, as it was taking so long to get registered there and secondly as there are apparently very few jobs to be found in the major cities.
