    I squatted on sunday in a little gym. Decent cage though so it was okay. Just did 160 x 3 with briefs to get the suit right then 165 x 5 with straps up. Pretty easy.

    Today I just got some sh1t for the weekend, namely 3L of lucozade iso, 24 jaffacakes (really should have got more) and some fizzy cola bottles. Already have some dioralite so now just need to get some protein bars off Jon to keep me going on saturday.

    I went for a little run today of all things. Probably shouldn't be doing anything at this stage but I'm bored out of my mind not training. 2.8 miles, very windy!

    Nothing much today, first decent chance I've had to train all week.

    Beltless DL conv: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 150 x 3, quick and easy
    RDL: 120 x 2 x 10

    Bench: 60 x 10, 80 x 10
    Se. DB Press: 20kg db x 15, 30kg db x 6 uuugh

    Other random things

    Wrist is still wrecked from last week don't know what's up with it.
    Probably train again sometime next sunday lol, ffs.
