broadband at Victoria Lodge??

Hi, Does anybody know if the broadband in the rooms in Victoria lodge is any good? I read on the site it is connected to the ucc network. Would it be fairly fasy or really just like dial-up because so many people would be connected??? thanks :)

Peak times like after 6 to about 2am it can be slow, 3am onwards you can get speeds up to 800kb/s
