I take back what I said earlier.Arts soc Is nothing compared to that quite frankly disgusting picture of 'mingers and swingers'.Surely that oversteps the posters regulation boundaries?

Join The Philosophy Society, the one stop shop for all your highbrow needs.

I joined but never made it to the coffee morning because of lectures.. how do you know when theres events on as they never took emails.

  • Registered Users Posts: 21,388 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

I joined the Dodgeball and Frisbee clubs. Training is way too awkward, they both clash on the same day, right when I've lectures for one of the two hours. Gonna have to do one one day, and the other the next, but only for a few mins each time. Annoying. Wasnt there today as I wrecked my knee last night, I'll play through that on Wednesday though.

Hey I remember walking by the philosophy stand and seeing the tastiest little thing manning the sign-up sheet - I've never been so tempted to sign up for something that appeals to me less before!

I only saw the stand because I was chatting to a friend at the choral scholars stand opposite, think it was down the far end next to filmsoc

Speaking of "enemy" societies... I just got spammed by the Newman Society: I definitely did not apply to join them, I think they've been adding names from other lists..? I definitely don't fall under their "catholic conservative" remit.

I did and i havent gotten a thing from gamesoc. :(

PM it to me. I'll get you put on the mailing list. It could have just been a typo in entering it, or a dificulty with reading it.

We're having an intro to RPGs night toninght if you're interested in coming along. Meet at the Blob (BC stairs in arts) from around 5:30 on. The event kicks off at 6:30.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,880 ✭✭✭Raphael

In that case, you're one of the people who we have an incorrect email for, due to typo or bad handwriting. Send an email to ucdgamesoc AT gmail DOT com, and Michael will get you on the mailing list asap. For info on what's going on atm, check the website - www.ucd.ie/gamesoc. That'll also be kepy up to date through the year.

    Edit: Ninja'd. ****ing auditors...
