subscribing to forum

Hi I can't seem to find the subscribe button, I know it must be there somewhere because I am subscribed to other forum section's. I want to subscribe to the consumer section but just can't seem to find the button :confused: :confused: :confused:

It us under Forum Tools->Subscribe to Forum (on the top right beside Search this Forum).
