    Got mine in the kitchen shop off Grafton street on Chatham Street I think, kitchen complements also sell them near Stephens green center

    Was watching heston blumenthal the other night, and he used an upside down le creuset (or i suppose any cast iron) pan, preheated on the stove for 20 mins?...

    The thing with a pizza stone is that the stone absorbs the moisture during baking
