With Arsenal expected to beat Sparta tonight it's hard to see past Van Persie nabbing first goal. Arsene will start with the same shape from the Fulham match with Hleb playing in behind RvP.

    I'm gonna have a few quid on @ 4's.

Without sounding like an anti-Gooner...who is expecting this? I don't think it's going to be such a walk in the park

Fair question, the bookies for one:

Arsenal 8/15 for the away win.

Also, going by our 4 encouters with Sparta:
UCL, 02-11-05 Arsenal 3-0 Sparta Prague
UCL, 18-10-05 Sparta Prague 0-2 Arsenal
UCL, 25-10-00 Arsenal 4-2 Sparta Prague
UCL, 12-09-00 Sparta Prague 0-1 Arsenal

A tough tie all the same Collie. Sparta ran out of steam at the beginning of the second half.

RvP had a chance or two but nothing clear cut.
