Anyone know anyone selling sites without Planning in Cavan?

    Hi,

    I'm looking to purchase about an acre of land in Cavan area relatively close to the town i.e. not more than 20 minutes out of the town in any direction, without planning. The ones I've seen are extortionate for the size and location because of auctioneers fees. I'd much prefer a site that didn't have planning that I could buy directly from the owner, subject to planning being obtained. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
