Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No! No no no no no no no.
Tevez was never playing for West Ham illegally.
What West Ham did wrong was to allow a third party (in this case, MSI) to have influence over team decisions - that is, that they could remove Tevez from the West Ham squad if they so wished.
That has no bearing at all on Tevez's eligibility to play for West Ham.
His registration was illegally gained as a result of not fully disclosing the facts of his transfer to West Ham. Hence the PL case originally. The PL said Tevez could play in the remaining games provided West Ham terminated the 3rd party agreements. West Ham tried, but FAILED to cancel these agreements, so they should not have been allowed to play Tevez.
