Spent a few hours yesterday in the pub discussing what realistic solutions could be out there to stop the rot. This is what we came up with:

Mark Hughes in as manager.
No more director of football/head coach bollox.

He's done enough with Blackburn to convince me that he'd do a great Job at spurs. He'd be able to work with better players at spurs, he be able to sign better players at spurs. he's be able to win things at Spurs.

It makes sense for him and it makes sense for us.
