Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

just read on enn.ie that vodafone, o2 and meteor are all to voluntarily reduce their mobile termination rates (the cost they charge eachother to connect a call on their network)

    here's a snippet:
Vodafone and O2 have said they will reduce their blended rate by approximately 3.5 percent each year over the five-year period.

Meteor will slash its MTR rate by 5 percent on 1 January 2008, with a further 5 percent cut the following year. It will then reduce its MTR by 6.5 percent on 1 January 2010, by 10.5 percent on 1 January 2011, and by 13 percent on 1 January 2012.

Fair play to meteor for willing to go that little bit further.

That's because they are on higher rates than the other two at present. They were allowed higher rates as a new entrant. Look at your landline bill costs, with Meteor (& 3) higher than the other two

Lower costs .. yahoo! Wonder if we'll notice such a thing as 3.5% overall though :(
