Is there any mods on the LC board? If not, then basically this can be a place just to discuss anything other than school. My hope is that some of the people who have just finished the LC will continue to post in here.

So, start shall we? Who is everybody's favourite band?

Yeah, but same on myspace, there still is off topic discussion on individual forums.

I certainly was...the town i'm from, Tuam, is home of the Saw Doctors who supported the Waterboys so I'm good friends with the Saw Doctors. An ex member of the SD's did a gig with Steve(the fiddle player) and I met Steve. We kept in contact through Myspace and have become good pals. He put me on the guestlist for their gig in galway in march and there, i met the rest of the lads. Mike just has the most amazing vibe when you meet him! It gives me the shivers thinking about it...

Yes, thats what after hours is for. The Leaving Cert forum is to exclusively discuss the leaving cert and events surrounding it

Listening to music does surround the Leaving Cert. In fact it plays a major part in the LC world.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,851 ✭✭✭PurpleFistMixer

So you're saying a topic on music is more suited to the Leaving Cert board than one of the many music boards? : )

But hey, I'm not the mod for this forum. : p

Same here. June was by far the highest. Must be an unrecognised form of relaxation ...
