Laptop upgrades?

    Is this possible/good idea? I'd like to have more ram and a better graphics card, and maybe upgrade the usbs to 2.0, is any of this feasible?

    Unless its a nvidia mxm chipset then you cant upgrade the graphics :(

    As for the ram im sure you can add more. Unless you are already at its max. As for usb2 unless yourlaptop comes with this you will only be able to upgrade using a pcmcia card which will give you 2/3 usb 2.0 ports.

    What make and model is the laptop, and how much ram?

    USB2 PCMIA card for my old laptop which works fine.

    Have upgraded it to it's max ram (512) and it was never economically feasible to upgrade the graphics.
