What do you drink with your dinner?

What do you normally drink with your dinner and why? I usually drink water, but when I eat meat I prefer fruit juice, as it's full of Vitamin C which helps to absorb iron from meat.

Water mostly (or Ribena Toothkind if I'm at home). If I'm out, I'll usually drink white wine. If it's pub food though, you have to have a beer with it!
