I'm wondering whats the best way to mosaic or blur out a bit of nudity in a video im working on in? I'm using Premiere CS3 and AE CS3. Also, whats the simplest and quickest way to bleep out profanity?

In aftereffects, use an adjustment layer, then create a mask covering the offending area on the adjustment layer. Then apply a blur to that layer, Then if it moves you can animated the position of the adjustment layer. You could also use motion tracking to track the motion for you..
