Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My phone screen cracked while in the UK (either the pressure on the plane or the coins knocking into it) its not covered by the warranty as its considered user damage, only things like internal technical faults are covered. Which imo is a load of bollix, the phone screen wasnt durable enough to withstand a few coins eside it. Any opinions/experience with the matter? Going to cost 90 euro plus :(

You broke the screen as a result of applying unnecessary force to the screen. Seems to me like it's your fault for letting it bounce around in your pocket with coins.

Seems to me that a phone should be built to withstand some very minor wear and tear. My Nokia 3210 survived 4 odd years of it 2000-2004, this thing lasted 8 months.

Aint built like they used to be.....

The phone is covered for all manufacturing faults. You broke the screen by putting pressure on it, so you're not covered. If the screen broke because it was in too tight or just a crap screen, you would be covered.

I'm extremely careful not to put my phone in the same pocket as my keys or wallets. That's why we have pockets on both left and right sides! :)
