returning to full time study - can I claim tax back?

I've been in full time employment but am returning to full time education in September. WIll I be entitled to claim any tax back as I wont be working for the last 3 months of the year? I'll also be looking at claiming tax back on tuition fees - is it as simple as getting 20% of my fees back because thats the tax band I've…
