Hello, I am trying to send an e-mail to BT using support@bt.ie (I think that is address the BT person gave on the phone). I can't send to this address, would anyone have correct/alternative address. Thanks.

I used this last week..... customercare@btireland.ie fat lot of good though...
Got a canned receipt verification... answered in 24hrs etc.....

Still no reply its been a week.
