    It may just be the News of the World coming up with their own rumour to counter the Davros rumour... but anyway...
    Joan collins has signed up to be the new dr who baddie.
    The dynasty star will play the evil TIME LADY RANI

    she and the dr will clash throughout series four as he tries to stop science villains cruel experiments

    it has also been hinted the pair have had a fling in the past

    the 74 year old is the latest celeb to make a guest appearance.

    Bleh....

    If you ask me if they were going to go with an older actress they should have gone with someone like Miranda Richardson.

    She's still pretty hot looking and she can do a good villain too...

    She was great as Queen Mab in the Merlin miniseries.

    Everytime i see joan collins i think of Dinasty- i can never see her in a common role shes always posh. It will be weird seeing her in Dr who
