    Hi there
    The start-up company I work for is looking to sign up to a "virtual helpdesk" in Ireland.

    The sort of service we need would be:
    1. 24 hours
    2. Personalised ("Good morning, company name")
    3. Makes contact with actual company employees in a number of ways (phone, sms, email, pager)

    Would anyone have any suggestions? I have looked at http://www.thephoneansweringservice.com/ and http://www.kbell.ie but the sticking point is that they aren't 24 hours... ?

    Any help is greatly appreciated,
