Best programme for song production...

I currently use ableton for creation of electro tunes .Its great for getting ideas and seeing what goes with what etc but it gets very awkward when it comes to creating and structuring/recording a full track from start to finish. Could anyone recommend a programme that is designed for this.

Think you've only scratched the surface bro, Ableton Live is great for production. Best I've used tbh,

Theres plenty of e-books and tutorials available online.

Try Reaper by Cockos - it's shareware but you can use it for as long as you want before deciding to buy.
