Anyone able to supply the above or know of a source ? Home brew or commercial, as long as they work. Usual separations for a 2m repeater so that would be 200khz pass bands, centred lower on 145.100 and upper on 145.700 ? Rejection 60db ++ i think

I have a set here. They are spares belonging to Limerick Radio Club.

PM your email and I'll pass it to the committee. They are currently tuned to 145.125 and 145.725

The two TX filters are tuned to notch the RX freq. The two RX filters are tuned to notch the TX freq.

The notches are very narrow, so old PMR TX (using crystal multipled x7 or x9) with lots of spurious can seriously desense the receiver. So the TX wants to be fairly clean.

If the club sells (I'm not a member currently), I have the gear and experience to retune them.

There is also a RC100 controller (with instructions on reprograming via DTMF RF and reset via a wire).

In Ireland now, sadly, Comreg won't licence individuals anymore for repeaters. You need about 4 others and form a club. IRTS membership not needed and IRTS repeater group will try and "authorise" you but they have no legal standing. If your club is not affiliated and your channels do not affect an other repeater, then deal with Comreg direct.

I recommend CTCSS to open repeater but also 1750Hz tone burst and program controller to use either. Also 2nd CTCSS on o/p of repeater as it is much nicer for those that have it and stops your repeater opening 70cm or 10m repeaters that have 2m RX links.
