Homestore & More in Airside retail park near Swords had some on Saturday.
In gold and silver ...I think about 75 in the pack for 3 or 4 euro.

Hope it helps......

Oh and if you are on town, try The Irish Yeast Co. beside the Westin on College Green. I know they do loaf tin liners so you might be in luck there.

What i was looking for was MINI Muffin Cases not petit four cases.
I found Them in kitchen complements on chatam street

they had a great stock of all sizes shapes and colours
