Bike for triathlons

Hi, I was thinking of purchasing the below bike to be used specifically for triathlon racing the only problem being that it is only available with a size 56 frame and I am 6ft in height. Would this be suitable for my size. I already have a road race bike but would prefare to use that for training/commuting etc.…

The best way to find out is to go and try the bike but 56 for a 6 foot person is not unreasonable. I like the bike btw.
