Presumably you mean St Michan's Place? Well done.

It is indeed off Chancery Street and near the Four Courts - hence the prison vans. The building on the left is River House, the former Motor Tax Office.

PS - St Michan's Street is further up - along the west side of the Corporation Fruit Market.

(Dr Steeven's Hospital which houses HSE Shared Services, is the hospital you refer to . St Patrick's is further up near James Street).
