    So we have these one's still remaining.

    Here are a few hints;
    One of them is literally next to one of the other pictures guessed right.
    One of them is a road off a very busy main road.
    One is off a road already mentioned in the above posts.
    And one of them sorta runs parallel to a main road.

    Is 5 just off the SCR? St Albans Road?
    Is 7 near the junction of Merton Ave/Wosley St/Donore Road?

  • Registered Users Posts: 706 ✭✭✭the boss of me

    I think 7 could be the junction of Greenville Ave, Donore Ave with the White Swan business center in the background..

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,965 ✭✭✭✭Gavin "shels"

    GBX is right. No.7 is the junction of Merton Ave/Wosley St/Donore Road with the boss of me also mentioning that it's in the Swan Centre.;) Well done for the joint answer lads.

    No.5 is wrong GBX SCR is right, just a different road.;)

    Bingo. It's at the junction of Dufferin Ave and Washington St, it's the side of the front garden next to 45 Dufferin Ave.;)

    So that leaves 3 and 6 left gents.

    Wasn't it Tony Jacklin who said "The more I practice, the luckier I get" ;)

    How about Darleys' tce for no 3. ? If that's wrong I suggest a game of "hangman". Remember how to play that ;

    The idea is to wait until the previous poster pics have been guessed before posting your own. Gavin has one pic remaining. ;)

    Damn you Gavin, I thought that was the one area I knew reasonably well! I guess I dont after all.

    Is it Brainsboro Terrace?

    Spot on Wishbone Ash, really well done. It's not on Google Maps but you still got it.;)

    How did you manage to know of the lane/terrace?

    Afaik as I noticed when I walked past it tonight, it's Brainboro Tce.

    It's in the Ordnance Survey Dublin Street Guide as Briansboro Terrace (as in Brian Boru).

    (I've noticed many of these inconsistencies over the years. There are two streets in Dublin 7 which have differently spelt names on opposite sides of the same street).

    My turn! :)

    Here are ten pics from Dublin 2. Some are difficult so amateurs should look away now! :D

    Good luck!

    They're fairly tough alright Wisher.....I'll start the ball rolling with the easiest, no 6 . It's Digges Lane, looking down Drury St. The building on the left is Marconi Hse, new home of Today FM.
