    Not Rathmines and I don't think its Malahide so I'd go with Dun Laoghaire. But it could be Glencullen, Blackrock, Swords, Whitechurch, Balbriggan, Pembroke (Ballsbridge), Sandyford, Clondalkin ...

    At first I thought it was the Childrens or Family Court in Smithfield , then again I thought that had moved to a shiny new building!

    Well done BendiBus - yes it's Bow Street Court House where the Commercial Court (a division of the High court) sits. The building is known as the Jameson Building and is located at 12/13 Bow Street.
