I think the thread is free now?..

I'll just throw one in, its almost too easy, almost for the novice on this thread - and Rasher's is excluded from this one!.

Good stuff, didn't think it was that easy. I took the photo yesterday while the building was basking in sunshine.

Looks a lot like the old Richmond hospital.

The Richmond is only two storeys high and doesn't have any ornamental turrets! ;)

Thats your post total, they aren't individually numbered like that. They are individually numbered site wide.

Is that not the court house on North Brunswick Street, the former Richmond Hospital?

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,993 ✭✭✭✭Wishbone Ash

    I'm confused!

I presume Rashers posted the Ricmond Hospital (Metropolitan Court) as a response to my post about it not looking like McKee Barracks and not as a pic to be identified!

I see.... I think... sure I thought someone had forgot to wind the clock.

Yes, I put it there to show how someone could easily mistake a picture of it taken at an odd angle with the one of McKee Bks.

My apologies. I think the confusion was helped along when I responded to GPX post. In fact my reply was to the thread here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055264714

    Sorry about that.

    Anyone got a pic?

Yup - that's the only one in Dublin 8 I'm afraid. Well done. :) Is there a methadone clinic or something there - the area is always full of addicts?

(I often sit there in traffic and that's one of the few pics I've taken when not on foot).

On the ball tonight Gavin - Summerhill indeed! :)

Yup there is. I think the entrance is actualle under the picture of the statue you took.

Any luck with the other 2 pictures?

No1. That church looks like the back of the former Free Church (now Pavee Point) in Nth Gt Charles St. If so that lane might be Fitzgibbon Place?

I'm speechless! Your actual answer is incorrect but the church featured is indeed the back of Pavee Point on Great Charles Street! That's seriously impressive!!

No, I've tried again but no luck. Never happened before!

Anyway, I'm hitting the hay. I'll check in around 6.30 before going to work. ;)
