    Know it's been guessed but No5 is the former Hamman Hotel where Cathal Brugha was shot during the Civil War. The bullet scars can be seen in the photo.

    I'll be seriously impressed if anyone can tell me where on O'Connell Street!. :D

    It's off Great Longford Street alright but Victor has already guessed that. (It's a 'Lane' but doesn't have a visible nameplate - but then again, neither does Great Longford Street :().

    Im sure 8. is under the railway Bridge jut off pearse street. Its at the side of Goldsmith Hall, there is a school on the street...
