It's the little lane just off South Cumberland Street. There used to be a place down there that made bathroom stuff. The secondary school i went too, is 2 doors away but i can't for the life of me think of the name of it.

Correct.

Note that Westland Row has previously appear on maps as Westmoreland Row and that the ascendency type often pronounced "Westmoreland" as "Westm'land". Hence the confusion.

Ah sure, you're close enough I'll give it to you. Its the Westin Hotel on college Street, which is at the bottom of the triangle formed by the aforementioned streets.

75 is O'connell Street, and it was a bank, not sure if it still is as there's no signage at ground level any more.
