I'm thinking Inchicore, but I don't know the exact location.

The stone is in the GS&WR style. So I was thinking Inchicore / Kilmainham. I wasn't able to find cottages with trees behind them with offices / apartments beyond that. Then I realised it wasn't a public street and went checking car parks.

Of course, I took a photo of said building in August. :embarrased:

    Not Sean McDermot St.

It's central Dublin but this one may be quite tough.

    Weaver street?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,074 ✭✭✭BendiBus

Neither of the above. Where's Weaver St?

I may post a wider angle view when I get home this evening as this seems to be quite challenging. I don't want to be the one who posted the threadkiller :o

Never heard of Weaver St but there's a Weaver's Square between Donore and Blackpitts.

That picture might be off Francis' St.

Found Weavers St. Closest so far. Getting quite warm indeed.

Sorry lads, I actually meant the place near Cork street alright. Thought I had heard it called Weavers' street as well.

Is / was it actually near the junction of Dean Street / Francis Street / The Coombe / St. Lukes Avenue(?)? On the south side of the street - a former orphanage I think. It wasn't that bad when I last saw it.

No, I know the building you mean, but once again you're not too far from the area.

I may have to head up there after work to get a picture that contains more clues!

Not Aungier St or Heytesbury. D8, already established as nearish to Francis St/Cork St/Weavers St.
