    The one thing I don't do is cheat.
    Either there are two places there or the name was changed and the original name plate was left. Someone forgot to remove it or it fell into the, ‘It’s not my job syndrome’. The bottom plate ‘Clinches Court’ seems to be the new name, but then again if anyone can throw any light on it.

    They are both old names. Clinch's Court was a smaller court off Newcomen court. It's quite common for DCC to put up two nameplates where one small street is off another.
    I hope you had a coffee in the nice cafe close by.
