    No and No. There are clues in the pics. Look above the parking metre on 6 and there's a certain type of traffic sign.

    It's Lower Stephen Street. Fade Street is off South Great George's Street on the next block down (Hogan's on one corner and David Marshall on the other).

    3 is next door to the post office in Parnell Street facing the bottom of Nth Gt George's Street. (The building used to be King's boot and shoe shop)
