    No - it's not in a hospital.

    The picture is a bit obscure I suppose. :o

    I THINK it's a coat of arms for bakers (note the wheat sheeves and ears of corn) and is in a state owned building which is open to the public.

    I'm open to correction re: bakers.

    Very few churches and theatres are owned by the state.
