Hi Wishbone - In successive posts there you have Marlborough Place as Yes and then No - So Is that one still alive or is it Marlborough Place?

  • Registered Users Posts: 201 ✭✭Dufresne

Sorry for the confusion. In Dubsmax post I omitted a "No" after the quote and it looks like it was connected with the "yes" of the following quote. Apologies.

I thought it was virgin, but alas

    Next :D:D

    OK folks, this one remains.

It's a 'lane' in Dublin 1, to the west of O'Connell Street and it runs between two well known streets in a north/south direction as opposed to an east/west direction.

    7.

No - Sampson's Lane was pic no. 1 (and it doesn't run in a north south direction).

    No.

It connects two streets therefore is not a cul de sac. I'm sure many of you have walked past it lots of times.

    Spot on Hagar. :)

Jervis Lane Upper which connects Mary Street with Parnell Street. The building in the pic would be the rear of many of the furniture shops at the top of Capel Street.
