Chunky Monkey, the sign in the first one says Pravda, so I'm guessing it's Pravda?

In Russian? I've been trying to find out what that sign says but you're right it's above Pravda.

Don't think I'll ever get one of these fully right, or get a right answer before someone else does.:(

I don't know, I think it might be junction of Leeson Street and St Stephen's Green because of the way street angles away.

As for Percy Place I was trying to think of that, think it's outside the AIBIM building (or at least what was their building). It was developed by Treasury Holdings who always seem to have some sort of sculpture outside their main buildings.
