    sick of them fu****rs in ntl
    broadband down for weeks now - problem with modem i think
    booked an ntl engineer to call on monday, waited all day 9-6 phoned 4 times - never arrived. rang again and told them to cancel subscription. "have to get someone else to call you about cancelling" no call. of course!
    anyone got any ideas on "clearwire"? have no phoneline - clonee area
