Drop down menu disappearing :)

It's happening about 20% of the time for me, when I scroll down and back up again the drop down menu's are gone. This is on showthread.php Javascript error is: '$' is undefined Line 21 characters 42 and 22243 Browser is ie7, same from home and from work (different computers).
