Did anybody here every do a “Chi-Running” course?

I heard a few times about it, but never actually talked to someone
who took part in a course. I believe there are occasionally taking
    place in Dublin.

Any body any experience, opinion ….

Did it back in July. Had read the book which is good but attending the course makes putting the whole thing together much easier.
I have completely changed my running style since the course. Previously I always had a nagging achilles after running, thus far (touch wood) it is ok.
I am running somewhat quicker in training.

It is quite inspirational getting being taught by Catherina McKeirnan.

pm if you need more info.

I flipped through the book, but didn't get time to read it completely. The different approach to running appealed to me and beside this it’s always good to change your point of view towards something to learn more.

It sounds like you definitely got something out of it.

Being taught by Catherina McKeirnan has something.

In 1998 I went to a presentation of an American long distance runner in Dallas who took part in the Olympics in the 80’s (can’t think of his name at the moment). I think he finished in the top 3 at some stage. It was also very motivational.

One big surprise for me was that he said he never stretches.

How long is the course and what is the cost?

Is there a website with more information?
