Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nokia E50 firmware update failing

    Tried to update my Nokia e50 firmware a while back, but at the last hurdle using the Nokia updater software, and even though the phone was connected by USB, on my PC it would say "phone disconnected" just as I clicked the last icon for it to start the update.

    So in the end I didn't bother.

    Anyone know how I can avoid this or should I just get a service centre to do it the next time I'm in there?

    Did the phone work with PC Suite on that PC?

    Try another PC ?

    since I upgraded the firmware in a E-50, now Nokia have NO blackberry connect software that will work with it,

    great thinking by Nokia, its a hugh issue and the forum sites are full of unhappy people :(
