Baking Soda or Bread Soda... I think they're the same thing. Just put some ontop of the toothpaste on your toothbrush . It works.

be careful not to use abrasives reguarly on your teeth

Avoiding tea, coffee and fizzy drinks.

If you use baking soda, I've read that you should only use it once a week as it can wear down the enamel. How old are you?

What about the Arm & Hammer extra Whitening???

It has baking soda in it but it says low abrasion on the tube!

Haven't tried it yet.

I tried blanx toothpaste for a while. I quite liked it, it certainly makes your teeth feel and look cleaner, I don't suppose I used it for long enough to see them any whiter.
