Rice wine

    I'm looking for Rice Wine for some Chinese recipes but don't know where to get it. Anyone know of shops that might sell this?

    edit: Maybe this would be better in Beer/Wine/Spirits, probably just as well here as it's for cooking.

    You should be able to pick some up in any decent asian supermarket.
    Alternatively, use a dry sherry as the flavour is pretty much the same.

    Cheers Hill Billy, there's an Asian shop in Limerick so I'll give them a try first and if not I'll try some Sherry.
