Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you are bill pay, you may need to head back into the shop and get your IMEI details from the new phone updated to your account. Not sure if this applies to P.A.Y.G accounts.

Having the imei on your account doesn't affect calling ability. OP, the only thing i can suggest is go into settings->network mode->gsm.

Your phone could be on the very edge of a 3g area. If the phone is set to look for a 3g signal it prefers even a weak one over a 2g signal and sometimes can leave itself with no signal at all. Setting it to 2g only will fix this if its the problem

other than that, there's something wrong with either your sim or your phone. Get a replacement sim and if that doesn't work send the phone for repair
