20:45 AEK Athens Sevilla 1.90 to win, safe enough after their past 2 games. 9 goals! down 1 player because of heart attack.
21:00 Dinamo Bucuresti 3.20 to draw Lazio 2.25 to win (double chance)
21:05 Liverpool 1.28 for liverpool to win Toulouse , liverpool win or double chance...

ive been there lots, i always bet like 50 euro on something then give the slip and 50 euro with it. but someone was tellin me the other day that if i pay tax on with the 50, so like 21%? + the 50, i wont be taxed on my winnings... i don't know how it works, but yes the person was middle aged and probably hasn't been in a bookies for quite a while. but everytime i win at the bookies i get a small bit less than i expect so im assuming they are taxing it rather than screwing me around.... i expected 381 euro on sunday but got a bit less, and i got 219 on monday expecting like 270-280. football accumalators for the win :P im not bothered to be honest as long as im winning .

please clear this up for me :P

There is no tax on stake or winnings. It was abolished years ago.
What firm are you betting with?

Actually, I think there may still be a 3% tax on stake but this is absorbed by the bookies.

its just a local bookies in a small town in live in, we have no paddypower, boylesports etc... but i guess if u compared this small bookies rates to bwin or betfair etc theres prob a 15% difference.

if you think your been screwed there is a calculator on the paddypower website and you can put in the odds of your selections and it will tell you exactly what your owed id recomend it because iv had bookies try to shaft me a few times especially on accumalators

i put 6 different bets on today, 1 contained 20 teams i thought should win and 19 won , ajax lost... i had 5e on that, woulda won 1000's. also in the other 5 bets every team won apart from ajax, i had a few 10 and 20 euro bets with 4-8 teams and ajax the team being in every single bet because i have too much faith in them. still a few 100 up since the weekend so not too bothered but dam if ajax won id be the happiest man in the world ...

Putting on a 20 accum is just stupid to be honest.....Id be surprised if you had 19 right! try picking 20 winners any Saturday! I bet you couldnt do it once between now and the end of the season.

i am pretty sure their stakes are low,if i do a large acc the stake is always a euro,harmless bit of fun tbh

i do a few accums, like a 3 - team usualy but sometimes 6-8 if there are a few top teams playing at home and have great home record etcs and ill usualy throw on a 13-20 team accum with a 5-10 euro on it for the laugh, funny thing is ive come close twice now..

i hope i win too because i only turn even here if i win, ill get minimum 200 euro return . i put 200 euro on today, a few 10e 20e 50e bets , and on the other bets all teams ended up winning in the end apart from Norwich which i had down on them all for some reason, i usualy never do that, depend on 1 team in each bet, its not a good way to bet. this 1 bet had no norwich thank god. but they got 2 good strikers recently so i thought they'd have no trouble. they came back 1-1 at one stage but got beaten at home 1-2 . very weird. would of won over 3000 if they had won because some of my bets had over 6-8 teams in the accum

You cant walk into your bank and say Oh look I nearly won three grand doesn't matter if he got one wrong or all wrong he still lost.

Doing them bets are a no brainer everyone knows it, the bookies love these bets because by some miracle if you did get it In it wouldn't be long before they get it back.
