Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It doesn't say that he's dead (only that he was detained in hospital overnight).

    Microsoft heard from micmclo that the kid was going to sue them so they arranged an "accident".

    I heard they fixed his 360 to overheat again and he electrocuted himself. Very sad. It was a good console.

    I've read about people with worse cases than this kid and they still win. Sure if OJ Simpson can be found not guilty, anything can happen in a courtroom!
