Ireland's First Aqua/Pool Running Workshop will take place 27th & 28th October 2007. For all athletes who are looking for a different, effective, injury-free method of exercise? This is a unique clinic workshop which will not have been seen before in Ireland….you will experience using the new revolutionary AQx Zero Gravity Suit used by many professional athletes who use pool-running to X-Train & while injured.

This is the closest form of X-Training to running you will get while injured and return to your running form even stronger than before your injury. You will be shown the theory behind aqua-pool running along with the correct running techniques in the water and how to maximise the use of the aqua-running products (Aquajogger belt, shoes, AQX Zero Gravity Suit), as well sample some training sessions - see: http://www.aqua-running.co.uk/

Terry Nelson, former Liverpool FC Footballer, British Transplant World Champion and the UK's leading aqua running expert and aquatics Professional has trained in the USA and Canada with the World's leading aqua running instructors and top sports professionals will give these workshops.
The Day will cost €70 euro, time 11am - 4.45 pm, everything is supplied except a towel.
