Legal company details that must be displayed on a website

Greetings

I recall that this was discussed here before but I can't find it using search. What compulsory company information needs to be displayed on a website since recent changes in law came into effect?

I seem to recall that it was:

Company's registered business address

Company's registration number

Company's VAT number

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to confirm this.

It's not just the website. It also has to be included in all emails

Is there anything similar to this for northern companies?

VAT numbers only need to be on VAT correspondance (e.g. a VAT invoice).

Hi Blacknight, I have searched that website but could not find anything on the subject. Admittedly, I didn't download every document but I did look at some that I throught were relevant.

Can you pinpoint where I can get the information from? Don't waste your time looking if you don't already know.
