NTL Boardband Monkstown

Hi I'm moving to monkstown and was jsut wondering is anyone using NTL broadband in the area. NTL tell me its not avaliable but I had thsi problem with them before that it was actually avaliable the person on the phone jsut didn't know. Thanks Claire
